We will only ship orders to the shipping address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped viaUSPS, ePacket or YunExpress depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
All domestic and international packages will require signature confirmation. Orders ship Monday through Friday only. Multiple items ordered under a single order may not always ship together. In the case of multiple shipments for an order, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and Holidays are processed the next business day.
Please allow 15-20 business days (again, Mon-Friday is 5 days, we do not make items on weekends). Not including 3-5 days of processing time. Please use a calendar to calculate your accurate shipping time, be sure to not count 15 consecutive days.**
We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please send us an email at email@example.com for questions if shipment to your country is possible. Please allow 20-30 business days for delivery.
Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Quotes N Cases. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Quotes N Cases, has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. In case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees and return fees assessed. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.
If in a rare case, an item is shipped internationally and is withheld in US Customs or other countries Customs operations, we are not required to refund until it is conclusive that the item is returned back to our shipping center. Customs is a separate entity of the mail carrier and is to be treated as such. Please reach out to your local Customs operations branch for any updates regarding your order; however, this process can be strenuous. We recommend waiting for Customs to do their due diligence, to avoid any unpleasant experiences while dealing with Customs.
Due to Identity theft and credit card fraud, we reserve the right to refund all orders who are flagged as High or Medium risk. These risks are identified and flagged by our credit card processor, not The Acher Company, LLC.
These flags usually occur for reasons such as:
• The location of the IP address is a high-risk location (certain cities are at high risk for fraud).
• The shipping address is hundreds of miles away from the cards registered address.
• The order was placed from another country but the shipping address is domestic
• The payment was attempted multiple times with multiple cards.
• The billing address does not match the cards billing address.
Should your order be flagged as High risk, a representative will follow up with you via phone and provide you with your individual risk analysis that explains why your order was flagged. At this time we will also request you to send Photo ID for verification and the credit card used, with the last 4 digits of the card visible as well as the name on the card. You can cover the first 12 numbers. If we cannot reach you OR do not receive the verification information request following our correspondence with you in 48-hours we will automatically cancel & refund the order.
The Acher Co., LLC will never ask you for your Social Security number or your 16-digit card number in full.
