If for any reason you wish to discontinue use and return the products, we will promptly issue a refund after our internal assessment filtered through the protocols listed below. RETURNS

 

RETURN / REFUNDS

Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. There are NO RETURNS ON SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS . ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. Used items can not and will not be returned for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. To simplify your return experience, we ask that you please fill out this Return Form. This form must be submitted within 30 days of item delivery. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response after return form  is submitted. Returned items must be unused and in NEW condition. * Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund after 7-14 days post a verified email confirmation via one of our customer service specialists, first check your bank account again then we highly suggest that you contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact info@quotesncases.com and we’ll be happy to help you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders. Please return items to the address listed on the return form. *Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

 

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one coupon code can be used per purchase. All Coupon codes and Discount codes must be used and applied at the time of checkout before an order is paid for and processed. Once an item or items are added to the cart, you must press "Checkout" and type the code into the "Discount" area and press "Apply" to see the total update. Unfortunately, we can not discount any orders after they have been processed. Discounts and Coupon codes can not be retroactively applied to previous purchases since there is no way for us to know whether or not a code was seen "after" the order was already processed.
